1. All first time participants must, please provide up to 3 color slides, photos, digital files or laser printouts, identified with your name, that are representative of your style of work. These will not be returned.
2. NO artist (new or returning) will be accepted without a sketch and brief description of their proposed street painting.  If you are doing a reproduction (either your own work or another artist’s), please submit a copy/photo of the image with your sketch.
3. Chalk will be provided; however, if you are using a predominant color in your design you may want to purchase that color before the festival. Only non-oil-based soft chalk/pastels in a solid form (or mixed with water) may be used for the street painting. Acrylic paints, liquid pastels, oil-based pastels, hard pastels, etc. are not acceptable.
4. Artwork for the Festival must be appropriate for public viewing. No words or symbols intended as advertising may appear within the street painting image.

5. Optional: Each square will include the name of its sponsor above the piece. You are not expected to find your own sponsor; however, if you are able to provide a sponsor for your piece, you will be entered into a drawing that will take place during the awards ceremony the final day of the festival. If applicable, please list your sponsor and sponsor’s phone below and we will contact them. Or if you wish, we can provide you with the sponsor form to send to them.

I, the undersigned artist (guardian if under 18), agree to grant non-exclusive license to Larimer Arts Association
(LAA) to reproduce, in any medium, my art. The undersigned further licenses LAA to reuse, publish, and republish photography of the artist and/or the artwork (including minors) in any medium. The undersigned further grants LAA use of the artist’s name (including minors), biography and likeness in any media.
